Table eight's Unit #1 Wiki: Kyle's , Jose's , and Alex's.

Purpose: The purpose of this wiki is for table eight to colaborate together in unit one, during our class experiments and assignments. This wiki contains information about all ofn the 8th grade unit one in science.

Standards:

Scientific progress is made by asking meaningful questions and conducting careful investigations. As a basis for understanding this concept and    addressing the content in the other three strands, students should develop their own questions and perform investigations. Students will:

1. Plan and conduct a scientific investigation to test a hypothesis.
2. Evaluate the accuracy and reproducibility of data.
3. Distinguish between variable and controlled parameters in a test.
4. Construct appropriate graphs from data and develop quantitative statements about the relationships between variables.
